Budweiser Beer

In lue of the Super Bowl tonight I'm going all out and bringing the king of all beers... yes Anheuser-Busch's infamous king of beers Budweiser.  That says it all, Budweiser is indeed the king of beers.  Who can forget those classic wazzzzzzUP!!! commercials and various super bowl ads.

Too the facts.  Anheuser-Busch owns 13 factories nation wide and ten theme parks. Hows that for fun. One thing they are famous for is their beechwood aging process.  A common misunderstanding is that they use beechwood chips to add flavor.  Not true, the act of burning beechwood is actually to add surface area where the chips settle.  This allows more yeast to enter the beer during brewing.  This in turn adds more flavor and utilizes all available ingredients.

When pouring notice the clean light copper body, great color equals great taste.  Notice how the head is almost a perfect off white color.  This is truly a great beer.  To really get the full flavor you must be using a glass.  Cans add too many reactive substances and leaves the drinker with a metallic taste.

OK folks half-time is almost over, but as always please feel free to leave comments and recommendations for future reviews.  As always be responsible especially on this super bowl weekend. Till next time, drink one for me.
